Yes. The AI can be customized with course-specific information, pricing, services, and frequently asked questions. Voice options can also include male or female voices and an accent selected to suit the audience.
2. How does multilingual support work?
Voice Concierge supports virtually all major global languages and dialects. The languages required by the course are configured with the CourseRev team. When a caller begins speaking in a supported language, the AI can detect the language and respond in that language without requiring the caller to choose from a keypad menu.
3. Can the AI recognize a returning golfer?
Yes. Returning golfers are recognized and linked to their existing player info. Note: your phone system needs to preserve the original caller ID when forwarding calls, so CourseRev can identify the caller correctly.
4. What can we see in the Voice Channel dashboard?
Real-time or recent call monitoring and a complete call history archive. The call history can include the client, date and time, duration, outcome, and actions to open call details or the resulting booking, where applicable.
5. Can we read what happened during a call?
